The bag is manufactured within 3 months. So, after completing all the forms to create your own order, It can be manufactured in 3 months.

We have a Make-to-order option. If your preferred combination of color and size is unavailable, you will be offered a make to order Form and create your personal bag. You can use this brief form to let our Customer Service team know what you need. They will then contact you directly with more details. You will be notified when the product is ready for you.

ll our orders are delivered in a branded packaging. By selecting the gift option, you may include a personalised message.

We accept international credit cards; however, when placing your order, you must enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card.

All the transactions made on the our website are secure. We respect all the Private polices required to our country.

If you wish to exchange  your order or request a refund, you may return any item(s) ordered within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date.

Item(s) returned must be in their original condition (packaging, brown box and protection), including brand label and accompanied by their invoice.
